Shipping is a flat rate of £3. We do not offer a next day order delivery service. All Apex Ability Gear is hand printed to order and shipping timescales are “after printing.” All delivery timescales are subject to carrier T&C’s. Parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Please allow 14-28 working days for products to arrive. Embroidery may take longer so allow up to 40 days. If an item is found to be out of stock after or initial purchase, there may be a slight delay while it is back ordered ready for printing. All information asked for must be filled in precisely and accurately. Apex Ability Gear Ltd will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or wrong contact details. Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
